DCHZ-705 Nickel-free,Medium Temperature Sealer for Aluminum
DCHZ-705 is a colorless and transparent liquid, comprised of dispersants, complexing agengs,
pH buffers, etc. No nickel and other heavy metal toxic element. The resulting finish complies
with ROHS. Wastewater can be discharged without treatment.
It is used in sulfuric acid or oxalic acid anodizing colorless film sealing and electrolytic coloring film
sealing.Not suitable for chemical dye film sealing.
With good sealing performance better than boiling water, does not produce ash, wide technical
parameters range, pH stability, ank liquid is easy to control, long bath life, low cost.

Attention: pH should be maintained within the 6.8-7.8 range. Lower the pH with diluted acetic
acid. Increase pH with sodium hydroxide solution.

Caution
Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Do not get in eyes. In case of contact with skin or eyes, flush freely with water for at least 15 minutes.
For eyes, get medical attention. When handling and working with solutions, wear glasses, goggles
or face shield.
