DCHZ-603 Copper Salt Electrolytic Coloring for Aluminum
DCHZ-603 is a white crystalline powder, acid, soluble in water, no irritating smell. Used for
aluminum or aluminum alloy products, decorative surface anticorrosion treatment, and supporting
the use of anodic oxidation process. The finish color can be pink, red purple, black- red .
The bath is stable, the anodizingfilm is not peeling.Color is purer,uniform,beautiful,generous, light
fastness and high corrosion resistance,have an excellent decorative effect.

Solution Make-Up
1. Calculate the operating volume of the tank, Determine the total weight of sulphuric acid,copper
sulphate and DCHZ-603 required.
2. Add the calculation amount of 2/3 water into the tank,slowly add the sulphuric acid to the water
while thoroughly and continuously stirring the solution to avoid the formation of lumps.
3. Dissolve DCHZ603 partial by a small amount of water and add to the tank, stirring with
compressed air.
4. Dissolve copper sulphate partial by a small amount of water and add to the tank, add water to
the calculation amount.
5. Stirring evenly with compressed air, make sure the salts completely dissolved.
6. Stop stirring, sampling and analysis.
Solution Maintenance
Generally analyse copper sulphate and sulphuric acid of the tank liquid.
During the production, analyse and add the salts or sulphuric acid each day, When do not used,
analyse and add the salts or sulphuric acid every half a month, if add 1 kg of copper sulfate then
add 0.8 kg DCHZ- 603.
