DCHZ-704-1 Nickel-free Sealer for Aluminum Anodizing
DCHZ-704-1 is a light yellow weak acid liquid, comprised of dispersants, complexing agengs,
pH buffers, etc. It is used in sulfuric acid or oxalic acid anodizing film sealing, especially suitable for
color anodizing sealing, can improve the corrosion resistance and anti pollution ability.
No nickel, no cobalt or other heavy metal toxic element.The resulting finish complies with ROHS.
Wastewater can be discharged without treatment.
Give excellent sealing effect in a short time, produce no ash, high corrosion resistance, long bath
life, low cost and easy filtration.

Attention: pH should be maintained within the 5.5-6.0 range. Lower the pH with diluted acetic
acid. Increase pH with sodium hydroxide solution.

Caution
Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Do not get in eyes. In case of contact with skin or eyes, flush freely
with water for at least 15 minutes. For eyes, get medical attention. When handling and working with
solutions, wear glasses, goggles or face shield.
