DCHZ-703-4 Medium Temperature Sealer for Aluminum
DCHZ-703-4 is used in anodic aluminum anodizing film sealing, improve the corrosion resistance, no changing of color tone and brightness.Bath stable and reliable performance, especially suitable for color anodizing sealing, has unique advantage for thick film sealing, the resulting finish complies with GB/T8753.2-2005.

Attention 1.pH should be maintained within the 5.0-5.7 range. Lower the pH with diluted acetic acid. Increase pH with diluted ammonia.
2.To extend bath life, workpieces should be thoroughly cleaned before sealing treatment.
3.After sealing shall be dry.
Caution
Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Do not get in eyes. In case of contact with skin or eyes, flush freely with water for at least 15 minutes. For eyes, get medical attention. When handling and working with solutions, wear glasses, goggles or face shield.
