drying, can accelerate drying, prevent stain spots at drying.

Processing Procedure
1. Cold water rinse.
2. Immerse workpiece in DCHZ-701 working solution for 5-25s.
3. Cold water rinse.
4. Hot water rinse for 5-25s, the temperature of the water should be maintained at 54-77℃ range.
5. Dry.
Solution Control
1. pH should be maintained at 10. Lower the pH with diluted Phosphate Acid. Increase pH with
diluted Sodium Hydroxide solution.
2. Usually make up a new bath every day in order to obtain the best effect.
Caution
Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Do not get in eyes. In case of contact with skin or eyes, flush
freely with water for at least 15 minutes. For eyes, get medical attention. When handling and
working with solutions, wear glasses, goggles or face shield.
