DCHZ-608 Water Soluble Inorganic Dye for Aluminum
DCHZ-608 is a gree granular mixture. It applicable as inorganic gold color dyeing,excellent
corrosion resistance, UV and weather resistance. After coloring it can be sealed in DCHZ-702
Room Temperature Sealer or DCHZ-703-4 Medium Temperature Sealer.

Solution Control
1. Check the pH of the solution every day. Lower pH with Oxalic Acid solution, raise pH with
Ammonia water.
2. To extend bath life, workpieces should be rinsed with deionized water prior to coloring.
3. Store indoors from light. Keep lid on when not in use.
Caution
Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Do not get in eyes. In case of contact with skin or eyes, flush
freely with water for at least 15 minutes. For eyes, get medical attention. When handling and
working with solutions, wear glasses, goggles or face shield.
