DCHZ-402 Chromium-free Passivation for Aluminum
DCHZ-402 is a acid liquid without chromium, used for aluminum alloy pretreatment prior to powder
painting.It makes a transparent layer of protective film on aluminum alloy surface in a few minutes.

Attention:
1. A new tank liquid is colorless, after use period of time turns yellow, the surface of the workpiece
was pale yellow or deep yellow,is a normal phenomenon.
2. The color of tank liquid from yellow to blue, illustrate the bath DCHZ-402 content is low, additional
DCHZ-402 should be added to.

Finishing Procedure
Degreasing→Rinsing→Etchant or Chemical polishing→Rinsing→Neutralizing →Rinsing→
Film treatment→Rinsing→Drying(the temperature not higher than 60℃)
Caution
Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Do not get in eyes. In case of contact with skin or eyes, flush
freely with water for at least 15 minutes. For eyes, get medical attention.When handling and
working with solutions, wear glasses, goggles or face shield.
