DCHZ-306 Aluminum High-light Chemical Nitric Acid 

This product is a chemical polishing additive for aluminum and aluminum alloy materials (A1000, 

A5000, A6000 and A3000H and A7000 individual material) chemical polishing process instead of 

nitric acid to produces a uniformly smooth finish with good specular reflectivity. The brightening 

process does not produce yellow smoke. 

Especially suitable for automobile wheel hub, high light demand for cosmeticand interior decoration 

building materials and other products. The finish is fully automated operation.

Equipment 

Tanks may be constructed of stainless steel with a thickness of 5 mm.

 

Caution

Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Do not get in eyes. In case of contact with skin or eyes, 

flush freely with water for at least 15 minutes. For eyes, get medical attention. Avoid 

breathing mists. When handling and working with solutions, wear glasses, goggles or face shield.
