DCHZ-205 Fume Suppressant for Alkaline Etching Bath
DCHZ-205 is a liquid concentrate which is used in aluminum alkaline etching process, forming
a dense foam layer on alkaline etching solution surface to prevent the alkaline fog giving off,
keeping the air clean.
Operating Parameters
Concentration : 0.005-0.04 % by volume
Solution Maintenance
When add the concentrate to the solution should thoroughly and continuously to stir the solution.
The concentrate is gradually reduced. Frequent small additions of replenishment concentrate
should be made rather than large amounts added less frequently.The addition suggested is 0.02-0.2ml per liter solution.
The temperature of the solution will escalate as addition of the concentrate.Therefore, the
temperature should be checked frequently.
Caution
When handling, wear goggles or face shield. In case of contact, immediately flush skin or eyes with
plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. For eyes, call a physician.
Packaging
25kg (net) in plastic bucket. Keep lid on when not in use. Store indoors in a dry area.
