DCHZ-105 Removing Agent for Buffing Wax
This product is a weak alkaline liquid soak cleaning agent,remove buffing residue by dipping or
ultrasonic equipment. The use of this product is often with the use of alkali electrolytic cleaning or
pickling.

Equipment
Mild steel container, and with heating equipment, suggested use of intermittent agitation, highly
recommended for ultrasonic agitation.
Solution Make-Up and Use
Add clean water to the cylinder capacity of about 2/3, heat it to 35-45℃, slowly add DCHZ-105
and fully stir, finally add clean water to the required amount.Used in electroplating workshop,
after DCHZ-105 treatment process must be cleaned thoroughly followed by hot alkaline cleaning.
After workpiece cleaned thoroughly and transferred to the hot alkaline cleaning agent, and then
processed by conventional methods.Use with ultrasonic operation, the penetration of DCHZ-105 will be greatly increased.
Solution Maintaince
The strength of the solution and the amount of concentrate to be added can be determined by
titrating the solution, the following analysis method outlined below.
1.Transfer a 25 ml sample of the production bath into a 125 ml Erlenmeyer flask.
2.Dilute with water to the 100 ml mark.
3.Add a few drops of methyl red indicator to the flask..
4.Titrate immediately with 0.1N sulfuric acid to a pink endpoint.
5. The end point is marked by a sudden change in color from yellow to pink.
record the consumption of sulphuric acid as V1,the unit is ml.
6.Calculate the concentration of the working solution as follows:
C1 (ml/L) = V1×1.60
V1= mls of sulphuric acid used to titrate the solution.
C1= Concentration of the working solution.
If the result of the analysis shows high concentrations, but the cleaning ability is poor, it shows that
solution containing too much oil and fat, a new bath should be charged.
