DCHZ-101-1 Additive for Sulfuric Acid Type Cleaning
DCHZ-101-1 is a colorless liquid, applicable at room temperature by using sulfuric acid . Long
bath life and economical as waste solution of anodizing bath.It will remove aluminium scrap.It is an
effective surface cleaner prior to electrophoresis or electrostatic spray.Process for coating surface
with special requirements.

Solution Make-up
When make up a solution, slowly add the Sulfuric acid to the water while thoroughly and
continuously stirring the solution to avoid bumping. Then add the DCHZ-101-1 concentrate to the
above solution.
Equipment
Tanks may be constructed of polypropylene, polyethylene or PVC.
Caution
Do not get in eyes on skin or on clothing.Do not take internally. When handling, wear goggles or
face shield. In case of contact, immediately flush skin or eyes with plenty of water for at least
15 minutes. For eyes, call a physician.
